Reimagining Monsoon’s digital presence.
Led design direction during Monsoon’s large-scale Salesforce replatform, focused on modernising the ecommerce experience across discovery, localisation, product interaction, and checkout.
The work balanced complex commerce architecture with a more restrained interface system — creating space for the brand’s eclectic campaigns, textiles, and photography to take centre stage.
Working closely with Astound Digital and cross-functional teams, I helped shape a scalable design system and interaction framework that simplified navigation, improved product discoverability, and introduced greater consistency across the customer journey.
The direction explored how editorial composition, typography, motion, and modular layouts could bring clarity to a highly complex retail ecosystem without losing the warmth and vibrancy of the brand.
