  • I work across the product, from understanding what exists today to defining a product vision and reshaping key parts of the experience. This runs over several months and results in a clear product structure your team can build on. 

    You get defined core flows, product architecture, and direction for execution.

  • This is a focused engagement, typically over 6–8 weeks, moving from visual exploration and accessibility audit to a defined direction applied to key product screens.
